During production of the Godforge trailer, I led the project through final delivery. I managed all departments and contributed to all aspects except for final animation and a portion of FX.

My work included environment and character look development, lighting, layout, shot design, rendering, compositing, and editorial. The trailer was built in Unreal Engine 5.4 with a small and flexible team.

We used Metahumans, Megascans, and a custom pipeline supported by AI tools and DaVinci Resolve to complete the project within a tight timeline and budget.

I also handled key creative problem-solving, including redesigning cinematic beats, refining shot flow, and managing daily client communication. From previs to final, I oversaw every step of the real-time workflow.
