The Book of Boba Fett
Virtual Production in a Remote Workflow
The Book of Boba Fett was our third project with Lucasfilm. We led the virtual art department and helped set up a local asset database to manage photogrammetry, props, and environments across teams.
With COVID restrictions in place, we also ran fully remote virtual scouts, letting creatives review sets from home and helping move the pipeline into a new, cloud-based workflow.
Enabling these remote sessions meant shipping computers to over a dozen homes, walking folks through setup, or occasionally handling it on-site, building a new workflow for managing virtual scouts entirely online.
