Obi-Wan Kenobi
Supporting Two Star Wars Shows Side by Side
Obi-Wan was our fifth Lucasfilm project and the first time we supported two LFL productions at once, managing both it and The Mandalorian Season 3 in parallel. Safari led as supervising VAD art director with two teams, keeping each show’s style distinct.
We built teams, supported a shared asset library, ran virtual scouts, and worked closely with department heads on both shows. We also helped onboard new VFX supervisors and delivered animated previs scenes to align the vision before final set builds.
