A Letter From Felix
HELPING YOU BUILD CREATIVE MOMENTUM
I know how tough it can be to navigate the creative industry - whether you're building a business, pitching an idea, building your film, or diving into new tech like virtual production or AI. I've faced the same challenges: stalled projects, unclear strategies, and growing pains as both an artist and a leader.
You don’t need me to succeed - but the road is easier with fewer missteps. I’ve seen great ideas fall short due to workflow breakdowns, unclear leadership, or missed opportunities. If you’re feeling stuck, I want to help you move forward - with more clarity, stronger direction, and better results.
Over the past decade, I’ve led creative teams, scaled studios from 2 to 200, closed multi-year deals, built marketing and business development strategies, and helped others do the same. My strength is connecting creative ideas with real strategy - building the workflows, momentum, and team alignment needed to make it real.
If you’re exploring something bold and want an experienced partner to help shape it - let’s talk.
