My Role as a Creative Producer

Shaping scope, aligning the team, and driving execution of virtual production sets and shoot.

Lollipop Commercial

I worked as a Creative Producer on Lollipop, partnering with director Steven Ilous to develop a teaser and proof of concept that established the visual language for the series.

My focus was on shaping the scope, aligning the team, and driving the creation of locations across three sequences, each designed for a different shooting environment, along with assets for animated sequences - helping position the project for its next phase of funding and execution.

Virtual Production Alignment

Unreal-driven workflow that aligned physical, virtual, and animated work from pre-production to delivery in four weeks.

We built virtual storyboards out of Unreal Engine to guide both the physical art department and the virtual production team. From there, the team and I worked closely with key creatives, through delivery, collaborating with on-stage art directors, animation, and VP teams to ensure the virtual set, physical sets, and fully animated shots stayed aligned with what we established in pre-production.

The full scope was completed in four weeks.
