Felix Jorge

I connect creative vision to the workflows and teams that make it doable. I also lead virtual art departments, produce virtual production and VFX, and give directors, designers, and producers clear plans from pitch through final.

I’ve spent nearly two decades at the intersection of art departments, visualization, film production, and virtual production. With Jon Favreau’s team at Lucasfilm, I launched lucasfilms first Virtual Art Department and shaped workflows that became core to today’s virtual production. Since then I’ve supported teams on projects for Marvel, WB, Netflix, Apple TV, and more. Guiding crews through real-time design and delivering scenes for LED stages, final VFX, game cinematics, and interactive experiences.

From 2015–2024 I led the growth of Narwhal Studios to 100+ artists. After Narwhal’s acquisition by Arctic7, I’ve shifted to partnering directly with teams, supporting on productions, exploring new AI workflows, and designing worlds.

I care about de-risking the work (quick proof of concepts, visual blueprints), sharing what I’ve learned, and opening doors for more creatives to do this well. I’m still curious, still learning, and always focused on making great work.
